Berry Good Champagne Punch
3-ounce package berry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
6-ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate
2 cups cold water
750-ml bottle rose` wine, chilled
750-ml bottle champagne, chilled
2 cups fresh strawberries, frozen*
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. After gelatin mixture cools, mix in punch bowl with lemonade concentrate and cold water. Add wine, champagne, and frozen strawberries just before serving.
*Wash strawberries, remove stems and pat dry, Place in plastic bag and freeze. The frozen strawberries will have both a beautiful and chilling effect on the punch. Make 1 Gallon
